Insurance Information
We work with all PPO dental insurance plans and are in-network with many popular providers. We understand that insurance coverage can be confusing - our knowledgeable team will help you maximize your child's benefits, handle billing on your behalf, and help simplify your coverage. Since individual insurance plans vary greatly, we recommend reaching out directly to our team to determine how to best utilize your specific benefits.
Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the dental insurance company. The benefits your plan includes are not determined by the dental practice.
A common misconception is that dental insurance covers 100% of all procedures. While many insurances do offer coverage for preventive care, there may be other services that are not covered fully under your plan. These limitations on covered services are not based on individual patient needs, but rather are predetermined by the contract your employer has with the insurance company.

Absolutely! The good news is many out-of-network PPO plans have substantial reimbursement for preventative services and up to 50-80% on everything else, often similar to an in-network plan.
Our team is happy to communicate with your insurance carrier prior to your first visit to get the specifics of your plan’s coverage. Please contact our office to learn more about utilizing your out-of-network insurance benefits.
Our office financial policy states that payment for dental services is due in full at the time that treatment is rendered. This includes any co-pays for both in- and out-of-network insurances, which will be presented for your review prior to any scheduled treatment.
Our team makes every effort to provide accurate estimates of any insurance coverage by checking active eligibility and confirming benefits in advance of your appointment. We make payments easy by accepting all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash payments.
Additionally, our online patient portal allows you to conveniently manage your family’s bills remotely with features like text-to-pay. Should you require financing options, please speak with one of our care coordinators for assistance.
